A few things to know before you shop.
Delivery
We ship internationally from Japan. Orders totaling US$59 or more qualify for free international shipping. Below US$59, shipping is US$12.50–US$25.00 depending on your destination. Your delivery cost appears in your bag after you select a country. In-stock items ship in 2–3 business days. Out-of-stock items ship within 5 business days. Production and dispatch follow the Japanese business calendar. We do not operate on Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese public holidays, or during our year-end and New Year closure. These non-business days are not included in the 5-business-day estimate.
Payments
Payments use Stripe Checkout. Available payment methods appear on the checkout page. We do not store your card details.
