Prices
International prices are in US dollars. Orders totaling US$59 or more qualify for free international shipping. For smaller orders, shipping is shown separately in the bag after you select a destination.
Shipping fees
Ships from Japan. Orders totaling US$59 or more qualify for free international shipping. Below US$59, shipping is US$12.50–US$25.00 depending on your destination. Import duties, taxes and customs charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
Payment
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, convenience store payments, and bank transfers. Convenience store payments and bank transfers are available only to residents of Japan. Payment is initiated when you order, subject to the selected method’s conditions.
Delivery timing
In-stock items ship in 2–3 business days. Out-of-stock items ship within 5 business days.
Returns and cancellation
We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for change of mind after an order is confirmed. If an item is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details. We cover return shipping and will issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.
Quantity and destinations
Up to 10 units per product per order, subject to stock. Delivery is available only to destinations shown at checkout. If we cannot ship after accepting an order, we will email you with an apology and issue a full refund. Any limited offer period is shown on the product page.
