Shipping & returns
International delivery
Ships from Japan. Orders totaling US$59 or more qualify for free international shipping. Delivery is limited to destinations shown at checkout. Below US$59, shipping is US$12.50–US$25.00 depending on your destination. Import duties, taxes and customs charges are the recipient’s responsibility. If we cannot ship after accepting an order, we will email you with an apology and issue a full refund.
Dispatch
In-stock items ship in 2–3 business days. Out-of-stock items ship within 5 business days. Tracking details appear in your shipment email and order page.
Returns
We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for change of mind after an order is confirmed. If an item is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details. We cover return shipping and will issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.
Refunds
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment method and financial institution.
