JPY 600 shipping, free for merchandise totaling JPY 5,000 or more. International shipping is not currently available.

In-stock items ship in 2–3 business days. Out-of-stock items ship within 2 weeks. Tracking details appear in your shipment email and order page.
Returns
Eligibility, deadlines and return shipping costs will be published before launch. For a defective item, contact us with your order number and details.
Refunds
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment method and financial institution.
