Terms of sale
Scope
These terms apply to member services and purchases from ZZZ TOYS, operated by 株式会社ＺＺＺ Ｔｅｃｈｎｏｌｏｇｉｅｓ. Review the product description, shipping and returns policy and legal information before ordering.
Registration and sign-in
Register with an email address you control and use the emailed code to complete registration or sign in. Keep verification codes private. Orders started while signed in appear in your account. Guest checkout is also available.
Orders
Check items, quantities, prices, shipping and destination before confirming payment. Minors require permission from a parent or guardian.
Confirmation
We confirm an order after verifying successful payment and show confirmation on the order page and by email. A processing status does not mean payment has completed.
Safe use
Read the stated age range, materials, dimensions and precautions. Children should use products under adult supervision.
Availability
We may be unable to accept orders if stock is unavailable or payment fails. Any received payment for an unaccepted order will be refunded.
Returns
The shipping and returns policy and conditions displayed at purchase apply. These terms do not limit statutory consumer rights.
Prohibited conduct
Fraudulent payments, ordering using another person’s information, unauthorized access and interference with orders are prohibited.
Governing law
Japanese law applies. Updates will be published here; confirmed orders retain the conditions in effect when purchased.
