Privacy policy
Information processed
For member accounts, we process names, email addresses, verification and terms acceptance dates, sign-in dates and account status. We process recipient names and addresses, purchased items and payment status to fulfill orders. Orders started while signed in are linked to the member account. For enquiries, we process your name, email address, category, subject, message and optional order reference. We do not collect or store card numbers on our servers.
Purposes
We use information to verify members, manage accounts, display order history, accept orders, verify payment, ship products, process refunds, answer enquiries, prevent abuse and improve the service.
Service providers
We use Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting and Google Cloud for data storage. When enabled, Sentry receives error diagnostics and PostHog receives usage analytics. We use Postmark for email notifications and share the information needed to send them, including recipients and enquiry content.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies support carts, member and administrator sessions, and order access. Analytics use anonymous identifiers and exclude names, addresses, emails, member IDs, order numbers and verification codes. Session recording is disabled.
Security and retention
Access is restricted. Member names and email addresses, order contact and shipping information, and enquiry names, email addresses, subjects, messages and order references are stored encrypted. We retain information as required by law and to provide member services and handle orders and enquiries, then delete or anonymize information no longer needed.
